Information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, provided under art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
1.1. Cookies means the small text files that websites place on the user’s device in order to operate, to retain the user’s preferences, or to measure usage in aggregate form.
1.2. Similar technologies means instruments which, without employing cookies, achieve equivalent effects by storing or reading information on the user’s device, in particular the browser’s local storage. This notice applies to similar technologies in its entirety.
2.1. Essential cookies. These are used to operate the service and serve session management, authentication, retention of essential preferences and protection against automated access. The service cannot be provided without them. Under art. 122(1) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 they do not require the user’s consent.
2.2. Statistics cookies. These are used to measure, in aggregate form, how the service is used, by means of Google Analytics 4, measurement identifier G-2MREPEFKJW, in order to improve it. They are installed only with the user’s prior consent.
2.3. Marketing cookies. These are used to deliver the controller’s own communications and to measure their effectiveness. They are installed only with the user’s prior consent.
2.4. The cookies referred to in clauses 2.2 and 2.3 are neither installed nor otherwise activated before consent has been obtained through the relevant banner. Where consent is not given, the corresponding scripts are not loaded.
3.1. Consent is given through the banner displayed on first access and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, without any need to delete cookies already installed, by means of the control set out below.
3.2. The user may alternatively manage or delete cookies through the settings of the browser used. Disabling the essential cookies referred to in clause 2.1 will prevent parts of the service from operating.
3.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal.
4.1. Certain cookies are set by third-party providers engaged by the controller for the provision of the service, as set out in the table below.

4.2. For information on processing carried out by those providers as independent controllers, reference is made to their respective notices.
5.1. United States state privacy laws operate by way of a subsequent right to opt out rather than by prior consent. The controller requests prior consent from all users in any event, irrespective of the place of connection.
5.2. The controller does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as stated in the Privacy Policy and in Your Privacy Choices; accordingly, no further right to opt out falls to be exercised.
5.3. Any Global Privacy Control signal transmitted by the user’s browser is honoured. The cookies referred to in clauses 2.2 and 2.3 remain disabled in any event unless the user expressly enables them.

6.2. The version in force is the one published on this page, bearing the date of last amendment shown above. Material amendments are notified in advance.
